During this 60-minute consultation, we’ll review your nutrition, lifestyle habits, wellness goals, and current concerns. Together, we’ll identify areas that may be affecting your overall health and discuss personalized nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support your next steps.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments are subject to a $50 fee.
